Shipping Within the United States
All of our orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address with your order for shipment by the US Postal Service.
Orders are filled promptly. Please notify us if your order has not been received within two weeks. If you ever have a problem with your order, please contact us at info@eldersong.com or (860) 468-5996. We will make every attempt to resolve your problem as soon as possible.

RUSH DELIVERY SHIPPING
We also offer rush delivery shipping (estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days*) via USPS for U.S. addresses. Select the "Rush Delivery" option during checkout to see the additional cost.
*Delivery Time: Actual delivery times are subject to change and may differ depending on destination. Once shipped, we have no control over the delivery process, but you can contact USPS with the tracking information for updates.

Shipping Outside the United States
Canadian Orders: Customer orders to Canada are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Our shipping charges do not include national sales taxes or import duties, which are collected by the shipping company before delivery.
International Orders: Orders to be delivered outside the U.S. and Canada cannot be placed online. Please contact Customer Service at info@eldersong.com for ordering and shipping information. Overseas orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service.
Return Policy
We stand behind our products. Orders are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date the US Postal Service's tracking page reports that the order was delivered. Additional terms and conditions apply:
- Please send an email to info@eldersong.com with the order number and item(s) being returned before sending us back any items.
- Mail items along with the order number or a printed copy of the receipt to:

Wethersfield, CT 06109 - We only accept returns and exchanges for orders placed on our website at eldersong.com and that we fulfilled. If you purchased our products through another store or distributor, please process your return/exchange through the place of purchase.
- Damaged or marked items are NOT eligible for return or refund.
- Original shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take pride in the quality of our products, and we carefully pack each shipment. Occasionally, however, you may receive an item that has been damaged in shipment or a product that is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Customer Service at info@eldersong.com or call (860) 468-5996 within 30 days of the receipt of your order. Damaged or defective products will be exchanged for the same replacement item if it is still in stock. ElderSong by Emerald Workshop LLC will pay return shipping costs if you receive an incorrect or defective item.
